Return, Restocking Liability Policy

Fitment Verification

Fitment must be verified before purchase. Most parts we sell come with a 30-day money-back guarantee unless otherwise stated. No labor warranty is provided under any circumstances. Pre-installation items such as fluids, gaskets, and cleanup materials are not eligible for reimbursement.

Order Cancellations 

If an order has already been processed, packaged, or prepared for shipment and the customer requests to cancel, a 5%–15% restocking fee may apply. This covers the time and resources spent preparing the order. 

Returned Shipments

Returns are subject to a 15%–35% restocking fee, depending on the item type and reason for return. Outbound and return shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount. A prepaid return label will be provided for approved returns, shipping directly back to our vendor. Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved by the vendor. 

Return Authorization 

To start a return, you must contact https://carpartsdirect.returnscenter.com/ within 30 days of purchase to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA may be delayed or denied. All returned items must be in their original condition.

Shipping Costs

 All shipping costs (both to and from the customer) are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise approved by the seller. Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion.

All parts should be installed by qualified professionals only.
