The items are returned to us in saleable condition.
You may get Paypal to rebate return postage costs or absorb the cost yourself. Car Parts Direct could supply a return shipping label .Then deduct the cost of the shipping label when processing refund on item returned.
Wrong item where VIN has NOT been provided:
In the unlikely event of an incorrect item recieved, you will need to contact us within 14 days of delivery. If VIN was not provided with order, you have the option to request a return shipping label from Car Parts Direct. Return shipping cost will be deducted from your order when recieved. 25% restocking fee will also apply.
Wrong item where VIN has been provided:
In the unlikely event of an incorrect item we will provide a full refund and pay for any return shipping costs. We may ask for a photo or video to confirm failure.

Refund will be provided within 5 working days of receipt of item, and in some cases earlier, when a valid tracking number is provided to us.

Warranty applies to parts that arrive defective/damaged/incorrect or become defective within the warranty period. Refunds are capped at the original item & shipping price. Does not include any labor, diagnostics, towing, or any other expense related to an item being defective/damaged/incorrect.
