Change of Mind and Wrong Part Return
We will provide a Full Refund within 30 days of delivery provided:
The items are returned to us in saleable condition.
You may get Paypal to rebate return postage costs or absorb the cost yourself.

 

 

Wrong item where VIN has been provided:
In the unlikely event of an incorrect item we will provide a full refund and pay for any return shipping costs. We may ask for a photo or video to confirm failure.
You will need to contact us within 14 days of delivery.

 

Defective item:
In the unlikely event of a defective item we will provide a full refund and we pay for any return shipping costs. We may ask for a photo or video to confirm failure.
You will need to contact us within 14 days of delivery.

 

Refund will be provided within 5 working days of receipt of item, and in some cases earlier, when a valid tracking number is provided to us.

 

Paypal Return postage rebates are subject to activation and Paypal’s term and conditions.

Warranty applies to parts that arrive defective/damaged/incorrect or become defective within the warranty period. Refunds are capped at the original item & shipping price and do not include any labor, diagnostics, towing, or any other expense related to an item being defective/damaged/incorrect.
