Q.Do you offer a tracking service for orders?
A.Yes. A tracking number is sent to you order. Fed ex or UPS tracking numbers are usually uploaded in advance.
Q.Do you offer worldwide delivery?
A. No.We are currently only shipping to our customers in the USA and Canada.
Q.Can you ship to an address that is not my home address?
A. Yes. We ship direct to residential or commercial address for no charge.
Q. How long until the item ships?
A. Orders ship out within 1-2 business days handling time. A Pickup is arranged on the order after shipping label is uploaded.
Q.How long will it take for my product to be delivered?
A. Items are delivered within 4-8 business days from the date your order was purchased. This includes handling time. If your order is not delivered within this 9 business days, please contact us. You may be eligible for a 10% discount on the order.
Q: I need to cancel an order because I ordered the wrong part or no longer need it. What is your policy?
A: If your order is canceled after we’ve started preparing it for shipment, a 5%–15% restocking fee may apply to cover the time and handling work already completed.
If your order has not yet been processed, you’ll receive a full refund with no fees deducted.
Q: What is Free Return Shipping?
A: We offer hassle-free returns on most products. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided for approved returns within 30 days of purchase.
Returned items are subject to a 15%–35% restocking fee, depending on the item and reason for return.
Outbound and return shipping costs are deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds are issued after the item is received and inspected by our vendor and approved for refund.
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable, and items must be returned in their original condition.
Q: Are these parts new or used?
A: Most of our parts are used OEM parts sourced from reputable vendors in the southern and western United States. We carefully select parts with minimal rust and corrosion to ensure quality and reliability.
Q: Are you responsible for injuries or damages related to part installation?
A: No. By purchasing or installing any product sold by Car Parts Direct, you agree that Car Parts Direct and its affiliates are not responsible for any injury, damage, or death resulting from the installation, misuse, or operation of any product. All parts should be installed by qualified professionals only.
