Do you offer a tracking service for orders?

Yes. A tracking number is sent to you order. Fed ex tracking numbers are usually uploaded in advance.

Do you offer worldwide delivery?

No.We are currently only shipping to our customers in the USA and Canada.

Can you ship to an address that is not my home address?

Yes. We ship direct to residential or commercial address for no charge.

How long until the item ships?

Orders ship out within 1-2 business days handling time. A Pickup is arranged on the order after shipping label is uploaded.

How long will it take for my product to be delivered?

Items are delivered within 4-8 business days from the date your order was purchased. This includes handling time. If your order is not delivered within this 9 business days, please contact us. You may be eligible for a 10% discount on the order.

What is Free Return Shipping?

We offer hassle free return shipping on all our products. We send our customers a prepaid shipping label for our customers to return the product.There may be a 25-45% restocking fee applied when items are returned. Larger items over 50 lbs could be up to 45% restocking fee included in the return shipping charges Smaller items under 20 lbs could be subjected to a 25% restocking fee as we pay the return shipping on all parts.
